New Research!

I found something very interesting that relates to my project.

It is called PhotoSynth. I am looking into it for the speed. This can load very large images in a split-second.

I saw an example of a book. It was an entire book loaded in a split-second, as an image. It was very amazing.

  1. Where does the speed come from? Is it a special method of encoding? Decoding? Super-fast processor speed?

Does the speed translate to multiple users? One of the huge problems -- as you know -- with school servers is the amount of information they process because of the multitude of users.
